Our Mission

RappCats is an all-volunteer organization working to help the stray, abused, abandoned, and unwanted cats of Rappahannock County.  We offer a central point of contact to provide information and options for low-cost spay/neuter, veterinary care, temporary and permanent homes.  Our immediate mission is to create a sustainable cat rescue for our community.

RappCats is not affiliated with the Rappahannock County, VA government. We depend on volunteers like you for donations of time or money, to provide foster care, and to promote the interests of cats in Rappahannock County.
